Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
1. Our commitment
UP FITNESS is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of its business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to safeguard against modern slavery and human trafficking taking place anywhere within our business or our supply chains.
2. Our supply chains
Our supply chains include the sourcing of gym equipment, facilities services, food and nutritional products, apparel and professional services. We expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers and other business partners, and we require that they comply fully with all applicable anti-slavery and anti-trafficking laws.
3. Due diligence
We carry out reasonable and proportionate due diligence on our suppliers before and during our business relationships. This may include reviewing their employment practices, requiring contractual commitments against modern slavery, and monitoring compliance on an ongoing basis.
4. Raising concerns
Anyone who has concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains should raise them with us immediately. We take all reports seriously, will investigate them thoroughly, and will never retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
5. Responsibility and review
Management has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with our legal and ethical obligations, and that all those under our control comply with it. This policy is reviewed regularly and may be updated from time to time.
